Lean – 5S
Lean-5S is a program designed to get smaller operational companies started on their Lean Journey of improvement. The program usually runs with 75% funding from the Victorian state government making this a very good deal. We have run this successfully with 40+ companies.

Performance Plus is a program to assist SMEs in identifying the most important Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for monitoring a company’s performance. It uses the world’s best benchmarking database as a starting point for identifying strengths and weaknesses, and then we work with you to develop an Action Plan and identify KPIs. Companies usually receive government sponsorship for 75% of the cost.Sustainability Plus
Sustainability Plus is a program to assist SMEs in reducing costs through applying sustainability principles to reduce reduce energy costs, solid, liquid and reject wastes as well as improve raw material usage. It also includes an Eco-Audit which identifies where you can achieve on-going savings. Companies usually receive government sponsorship for 75% of the cost.
